AudioPrime is a product provided by Section Box BV ("Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and delete information when you use audioprime.co.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register via Supabase Auth (Email, Google OAuth, or Telegram OAuth), we receive your email address, unique user identifier, and public profile display names.
• Payment Data: Payment card numbers, bank details, and billing addresses are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment gateway, Stripe, Inc. AudioPrime never sees, handles, or stores full card numbers on its servers.
• Uploaded Media Files: MP3 and MP4 files uploaded to our processing pipeline.
• System Logs & Telemetry: Anonymized server logs including client IP address, user-agent string, processing time durations, error traces, and API endpoint hits for rate limiting and server health monitoring.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Authenticate user sessions and maintain profile credit balances.
• Execute requested DSP transformations, metadata hygiene routines, and file conversions.
• Process billing transactions, recurring invoices, and customer portal actions.
• Enforce rate limits and protect against denial-of-service attacks or security abuse.

3. Media Storage & Ephemeral Lifecycle Policy

We maintain a strict zero-retention policy for user media:

• All uploaded source media, intermediate audio stems, and finished rendered exports reside in isolated temporary directories.
• An automated janitor process permanently deletes all files in a session folder approximately 24 hours after creation.
• We do not review, catalog, scrape, sell, or use your uploaded video files to train machine learning models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We transmit necessary operational data only to trusted service infrastructure partners:

• Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Supabase, Inc.: Identity authentication and PostgreSQL profile database storage.
• Google & Telegram: Identity verification when utilizing third-party single sign-on (SSO).

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request the rectification or deletion of your account record, or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@audioprime.co.

6. Security

We enforce industry-standard security protocols, including HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit), isolated VPS processing environments, signed JWT bearer validation, and secure webhook verification.
